We planned to arrive early to make sure we got a parking place and to make good use of the high tide.

• Dive details: We descended and headed out of the bay with the rocks to our left. When we found a suitable spot we settled on the sea bad and completed the training exercises. After a little exploratory dive we turned around and headed back with the rocks to our right.

• Dive details: We descended and headed out of the bay with the rocks to our left. When we found a suitable spot we settled on the sea bad and completed the training exercises. After a little exploratory dive we turned around and headed back with the rocks to our right.

• Max Depth: 9.8 metres
• Dive Time: 32 minutes
• Water temperature: 12 degrees C
• Viz: 4-5 metres
• Dive details: By the time we got to do the 3rd dive of the day, the tide was a long way out and we needed to get some depth. We had to leave the safety of the bay and head out into the open sea where there weren’t any reference points to guide us back. Simon led the dive and got everyone back using compass navigation. Chris did his Ocean Diver training skills and we saw some fish, details to follow….
