The weather was a little cool and a bit windy but there was only one other person there and he was swimming on the surface for a little while so they had the dive site to themselves for most of the day.
Read more “Gildenburgh – 21st June 2021” →We had another boat dive booked for today at 10:05 so we arrived at the pier at 8:30 thinking there would be plenty of car parking spaces. There were three left and we took two of them, a few minutes later someone took the last spot. We had to meet up at the boat at 9:35 so we had just under an hour to get our kit set up and trolley it along the pier.

After a quick check of the tides and weather, a plan soon came together and we arranged to dive the midday HW on Sunday and take the boat for a pleasure trip after.
